Blueberry-Balsamic BBQ Sauce
      serves 4
      
        Ingredients
        
            - 2 C	fresh blueberries (or frozen and thawed)
 
            - 1/4 C balsamic vinegar
 
            - 3 T	sugar
 
            - 3 T	ketchup
 
            - 1/2 t garlic powder
 
            - 1/4 t salt
 
        
       
      
        Instructions
        
            - Bring all the ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until slightly thick.
 
            - Remove from heat, cool, then puree.
 
            - Refrigerate or use immediately.
